▪  Attendance at school must be strictly regular and punctual.  Absence without a reasonable cause will not be tolerated.

 ▪  Attendance includes all lessons conducted during the school days, both in the morning and afternoon, and extra-curricular activities such as sports, clubs etc.  Learners may be called to attend extra-curricular activities on weekends.  Absconding from any afternoon session for extra-curricular activities without prior permission will be regarded as a misconduct.

▪  Parents/Guardians must ensure that their children are collected on time after school hours.  The school will not be held responsible for learners who have not been collected after 16.30 hours.  In case of the primary school, all the learners should be collected by 13:00 hours as there are no teachers on duty for this section after this time.  Kindly make prior arrangements with the administration in case of an unexpected delay in the pick up time.

 ▪  Learners may not return to the class after being absent, without prior clearance from their respective Head Teacher.

 ▪  Physical Education and Sports are an integral part of the school curriculum, hence attendance of P. E. sessions, sports activities and/or clubs by learners is obligatory.  Learners unable to participate in P. E. or Sports due to health reasons must obtain a valid Medical Certificate.
